Fun Videos

Hunter got a fun dessert last night after he ate all his dinner. This boy really, really likes chocolate! Here's him saying 'chocolate'

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is a favorite of Hunter's. The last song on the show, we call "The Hot Dog Song" Hunter has just started dancing to it...

Sorry about the sideways view :)

deLite-ful Snack

Since 6 of the 9 boxes of Girl Scout cookies (now 12-Thanks for the extras Nee-Nee and Grandpa Bear!) have come into our house, I thought it best that Hunter experience the wonderful world of Caramel deLites before Lee and I ate up those 2 purple boxes we had. As you can see, I think he liked it! He's even saying the word 'chocolate' now! I'm so impressed!!

OH WOW!!!!!

Oh, Mr. Sun, Sun, Mr. Golden Sun

Lee had his first jiu-jitsu belt test on Friday night and did totally awesome! (even though he got pretty beat-up) 2 stripes!! We are so proud of him! After plenty of advil for Lee, the 3 of us had an awesome weekend taking advantage of the nice weather. Our weekend fun started Friday afternoon when Hunter helped me give the dogs a bath. As you can see playing in mud is way more fun than bathing the dogs.

On Saturday morning we went to a local park to feed the ducks and play at the playground. Hunter had a blast throwing the bread to the ducks. We played at playground after we ate some lunch and besides one little spill off a slide face first, we all had fun. The park wore Hunter out and he took a 3 hour nap that day!

On Sunday Lee did some yard work in the backyard, and after nap, Hunter went outside to join him. Hunter's new favorite thing is bubbles. He walks around just saying the word...bubble, bubble, bubble...all day! He had so much fun blowing bubbles in the backyard. He even blew some bubbles to Lilly.

This is right after Hunter blew a HUGE bubble from his mouth. I guess he had so much bubble stuff in his mouth from putting the wand in there he was able to make his own bubbles. He got a kick out of it and so did we!!!

Later that evening, Hunter made us both run the length of the backyard back and forth...back and forth...back and forth for at least half an hour! I think Daddy and I were more tired than he was!

We finshed up our weekend with a meal from the grill. The weather was still so nice we got to eat dinner outside. The only way Hunter would eat his corn was off the cob

Night-time

While Lee was at his jiu-jitsu class last night, Hunter and I had some fun! He got to use his new 'big boy' toothbrush. Nurse Theresa gave it to him for Christmas. She was one of my clients at the YMCA and then my labor and delivery nurse (the best ever!) when Hunter was born.

Thanks for the fun toothbrush!

MONSTER FACES.....
Mean face monster.....he's making his 'mean noise' at me

Nice face monster....

Monday Fun!

For the past few Monday's Hunter and I have been going over to Parks and Irie's house after their mom, C.C. and I get done with our bodycombat class at the YMCA. The kids eat lunch then we play (so the kids will take a nice long nap!) This past Monday we took a trip to their neighborhood park. Like always, Hunter had a BLAST playing. We always have so much fun with them and so thankful we have such good friends!

Parks and Hunter sharing the slide

Me pushing Hunter and Irie on the swings. Hunter would swing all day if he could!

Irie spinning Hunter on the spinning thing :) I have no idea what this is called. Hunter kept saying "weeeeee" while he was spinning

A fun see-saw that the both really had fun on.

Hello!

Welcome to our little world! I've decided to start a blog for our family so everyone can keep up with us. Keep checking back for new posts and pictures! Enjoy!

To start this off, the other day peanut butter cookies sounded SOOO good to me, so when Hunter woke up from his nap, we made some cookies. We both had a lot of fun making these!!!
Here's how it went....First he poured the flour in the bowl

Then he made sure he got ALL the peanut butter off the spoon before I could have it

He tried to make the lines with the fork, but quickly just ate the dough that was on the fork. So, we went back to just using his hands

Showing off my cookies to Daddy
YUMMY!!!
This is Hunter's sign for 'more' (notice how he only took 1 bite out of the cookies
